People around you doubt your spirituality. You connecting to your inner world is a foreign concept to them. They ridicule your beliefs and accuse you of doing something unnatural or evil. All this negativity may lead you to hiding your spiritual practices and beliefs.
But you shouldn’t have to hide. You are one of a kind.
Spirituality has been defined in many ways, but a simple definition of spirituality is a sense of connection to something greater than the self. Spirituality is unique to each person and each person will experience their spiritual awakening in a way that is unique to them. Not everyone is going to understand your journey and that’s ok, it’s not for them but for you.
It can be hard going through life wondering what your purpose is or not understanding the meaning of your life. You know there is so much more than what has been presented to you which creates a strong urge to connect to your inner voice. You’ve started doing your own research on things and are feeling overwhelmed by all the information out there. You know that spiritual people often have higher mental and emotional wellness levels, and you want more of that for yourself.

Your Higher Self knows the direction your life should take, even if you can’t seem to find it on your own. You know that nagging feeling that you get sometimes to do something, that is usually the universe trying to lead you in a certain direction. Each of us has an inner voice called intuition. If you can listen closely; your intuition will guide you on your Devine path. Your intuition is clear communication between you and your Higher Self. Your Higher Self sees through this noise because it is directly connected to the universe.

Meditation is the most powerful device to strengthen your connection with your Higher Self. Making time for yourself should be a priority. Connecting with your inner world requires intentions and quiet. When you meditate, you purposely set aside time to focus on yourself rather than the world around you.
Communicating with your Higher Self through meditation can reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. You will notice increased emotional regulation and stronger relationships when you align with your Higher Self. Communicating with your Higher Self is the overall boost in health for your physical body. Interacting with your Higher Self can increase your well-being by boosting antibody production, improving your sleep quality, and reducing inflammation.

The worlds are intertwined, and I strive to help people to explore themselves in a way that is spiritual in nature and also supported by research in psychology.

I strive to provide empathic validation of your feelings while also helping you to utilize effective coping skills in your daily life.
